On Day 1 of Early Voting Dan Quart Campaigns With Congresswoman Maloney, Assembly Member Seawright, Supporters Across Manhattan

MANHATTAN - As early voting began, Manhattan district attorney candidate Dan Quart campaigned with Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney, Assembly member Rebecca Seawright, and supporters on Roosevelt Island and StuyTown. The campaign spoke with thousands of Manhattanites excited about voting for Quart and will continue to turnout thousands of voters in the next nine days.

Quart also spoke with TapInto about how he would build an office and hire personnel focused on achieving fairness and public safety. Read more below.

New York, NY—Assembly Member Dan Quart (D-73) has campaigned for the District Attorney’s office on a platform to reform the criminal justice system and end mass incarceration by shifting resources away from the prosecution of low-level offenses to more serious, violent and economic crimes. He also wants to bring major personnel changes to the office.

Quart, on the first day of early voting for the June 22 Primary, traveled to Roosevelt Island for Roosevelt Island Day to greet voters.
